Sleep Your Way To Wellbeing
I created the Sleep Your Way To Wellbeing programme so that I could combine my passion for reflexology and sleep.
It is a six week programme designed to support your wellbeing and improve the quality of your sleep.
What is involved?
1) An Initial consultation which allow me to gain a clear insight into the issues around sleep you are experiencing.
2) Tailored sleep plan
3) Five reflexology treatments (40 minutes each)
4) 30 minute review (week 6)
